- We generally decide the base flavour for you on a weekly basis. We curate ingredients for optimal taste and health benefits. (examples of the base include: Passion Fruit + Raspberry, Blackcurrant + Mangosteen, Dragon fruit + Passion Fruit etc.) - Customization is possible with specific preferences and health goals that you have for that week. Let us know over WhatsApp your preference for the week, and we will pass it over to our production team of elves.

- Store it in the fridge because the pressure can build up if left out of the fridge for too long - Drink it during or after meals - Drink about 100 to 200 ml initially, once your stomach gets used to the good bacteria, you can then drink as much as you like.

- First of all you should always store your kombucha in the fridge to prevent pressure build up in the bottle. - To open, using your palm, apply firm pressure on the cap. - Flip the metal lock open holding the cap down tightly. - If the kombucha rises very quickly, lock it back. Leave it for a minute then try again. - After a few times letting the gas out, you will be able to open it safely.

- Yes, those are a mixture of the yeast and ingredients. They are all edible and healthy for you. The black or dark green powder is usually spirulina, it helps with your digestion and detoxing. - The slimy jelly is part of the naturally growing SCOBY, which is the magic ingredient that ferments the kombucha. You can drink it, or filter it out if you don't like the texture.

- It really depends on the fruits and ingredients that we are in that bottle/batch. - Sometimes it depends on how fermented the kombucha is, if it is not fermented enough you can leave the kombucha out of the fridge for a few hours to a day to allow it to continue fermenting. Store it in the fridge before opening. - If you would like a stronger kombucha, let us know over WhatsApp and we can arrange for that customization!

- You will be charged on the same day every month - 1 payment is for a minimum of 4 bottles - You will receive 2 bottles every 2 weeks

- Please return the empty bottles during the next delivery. This helps keep our prices down, and reduces wastage! - No need to wash them, as we will send them for washing and sterilizing. - If you’re around during delivery then pass it to our driver when he arrives. - If you’re not around, for a landed house you can leave it on your pillar or door step if it’s obvious, for condos you can leave it at your grab table, guard house or mail room. Just make sure to snap a picture and inform our driver when he calls you. Thanks!

- Please try and finish 1 bottle per week, this is for optimal health benefits from the kombucha. However, it’s ok if you really couldn't that week. Just let us know and pass the empty bottles to us on the following delivery.

- First thing to note is, it's ok to leave the kombucha out of the fridge for a day. You can collect it when you come home that night. Store it in the fridge overnight before opening if it has been left out to allow the gas to settle. - To return your old bottles and bag, leave it at your door or pick up point. Snap a picture and send a picture to our driver when he messages or calls you. That way he will remember, as he will be going to many houses. Thanks for your help!

- Message to inform us. We will skip this delivery and replace it for you on the subsequent deliveries. Instead of receiving 2 bottles, you will receive 3 bottles for 2 subsequent deliveries. - If you will be away for an extended period, let us know and we can temporarily pause your subscription.
