THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
- As one of the kombucha brands in Malaysia, we believe that Malaysians should have easy access to gut health, which is why we work with our subscribers on their long term health goals.
- For the monthly subscription, you will be charged on the same day every month. We deliver fresh kombucha to you every 2 weeks.
Starter Plan - 2x 500mL bottles each delivery (every 2 weeks)
Regular Plan - 2x 1L bottles each delivery (every 2 weeks)
Family Plan - 4x 1L bottles each delivery (every 2 weeks)
- No! Our plans are flexible and have no lock-in period. You can pause, skip, or cancel at anytime!
- Simply return the empty bottles during the next delivery. This helps keep our prices down, reduces wastage, and is good for the environment!
- No need to wash them, as we will send them for washing and sterilizing.
- If you’re around during delivery then pass it to our driver when he arrives.
- If you’re not around, for a landed house you can leave it on your pillar or door step if it’s obvious, for condos you can leave it at your grab table, guard house or mail room. Just make sure to snap a picture and inform our driver when he calls you. Thanks!
- If for some reason you were not able to finish your kombucha for that week, just let us know and pass the empty bottles to us on the following delivery.
- If you're away for a couple weeks, you can indicate this on our biweekly survey and we will simply skip this delivery. The missing bottles will be replaced over subsequent deliveries.
- If you would like to pause your subscription for a longer period, you can do so on your account page, or simply just message us and we will guide you through the process!
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page on our website. If you're unsure how to do this, simply message us and we will guide you through the process.
- We keep close track of what you have already paid for, so we will still fulfill any deliveries/bottles you have already paid for, even after cancellation!
