How the Membership Program Works

We created our Membership Program with our subscribers in mind, so that you can get rewarded over time. Our Membership Program has 4 tiers, each represented by fruits of increasing sizes.

1. Blueberry

2. Strawberry

3. Mangosteen

4. Dragon Fruit

Starting from the Strawberry Tier, you'll get a welcome gift when you first enter the tier. Some tiers also have special Super Powers that you can use while you are subscribed.

So what are the tiers?

🫐 Blueberry

Well, just like most things in life, everyone starts off small, like a little Blueberry. When you first subscribe, you'll be automatically enrolled into our Membership Program as a Blueberry. You'll start receiving your custom kombucha as you work towards the next tier.

🍓 Strawberry

The next tier is Strawberry. To get to this tier, you either have to be subscribed for 1 year, or refer 2 friends. The friends have to stay subscribed for 3 months for them to count.

The Strawberry Tier also features a welcome gift - a custom Finding Hylas flask with your name engraved on it. We will check with you for your preferred name.

You'll also unlock your first Super Power. Every month, we organize different classes that you will be able to join for free! Connect with us on our social media to see our previous classes, and to find out how to register for our upcoming classes.

You can also bring a friend or family member at a discounted price - just send us a message to find out how.

🍅 Mangosteen

Our third tier is the Mangosteen. To graduate to this tier, you can either stay subscribed for another year, or you can refer 3 friends. Note that you don't have to refer 5 friends to get to a Mangosteen if you were already a Strawberry member.

The welcome gift for the Mangosteen Tier is a custom Finding Hylas mug, also with your preferred name engraved on it.

However, the fun thing about this tier is the Super Power. Every month, you'll get to send 1 special friend a bottle of kombucha for free!

🐉 Dragon Fruit

The last tier is the Dragon Fruit. To grow into a Dragon Fruit from a Mangosteen, you either have to be subscribed for another year, or you can refer 5 more friends. It works the same as before!

And what more fitting welcome gift as a Dragon Fruit than a custom Finding Hylas Rose Gold batik tiffin carrier. You'll be turning heads at the food stores!

The Super Power is also... super? Once a year, you'll get to throw a "Kombucha Party". It can be a birthday party in your house, holiday party in your office, or any other celebration. Just let us know 2 weeks in advance and we will arrange for 10 bottles to be delivered to your party for everyone to enjoy!

Oh, and Super Powers stack, meaning you get the Super Powers on your tier, and also the Super Powers of the lower tiers too!

• We reserve the right to modify, change, or cancel the Membership Program at any time.
  

• The friend referred must not have been a previous Finding Hylas subscriber, and must stay subscribed for at least 3 months.
  

• Participation in our monthly classes is completely voluntary. Participants are responsible for any risks involved in these classes.

• The friend receiving the free bottle of kombucha has to be within our delivery area.

• The "Kombucha Party" has to be within our delivery area.

• We reserve the right to cancel any of the benefits either temporarily or permanently, or to change your membership tier.
