You are charged immediately after signing up for your subscription with the credit card information supplied. Every subsequent month on the same day, you will be charged for the next month in order to keep your subscription active. Just enter your card details once, and start enjoying your products effortlessly. Payments made are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further payments.

Your delivery becomes active 2 weeks after payment. This gives our Home Sellers time to produce their best possible products for you. Once your delivery is active, you will receive your products on the next Delivery Session based on your choice. For example, if you were to sign up and make payment on the 2nd of the month, your delivery would become active on the 16th of the month. Your first delivery will be made on the next Delivery Session after the 16th.

Do you carry deep hurt in your heart from a previous failed relationship? No worries! Some products have single purchase options. However, we mainly run on subscriptions so that you don't have to worry about meals or your healthy dose of Kombucha. Subscribe once and we got you covered. You can also cancel subscription at any time.

We do not have access to your credit card information! All users' credit card information is stored securely and encrypted with Stripe. Stripe is certified to the most stringent level possible in the payments industry. You can read more on the Stripe website. TLDR: Yes.

Sometimes, even the greatest of things come to an end. You can cancel your subscription at any time by letting us know via the "Contacts" page, no questions asked. Your subscription will still be active for the remainder of the billing cycle, and we will still fulfill the Delivery Sessions in that time. Your card will no longer be charged after cancellation. For example, your first payment was on Jan 3rd. Your delivery became active on Jan 17th (14 days after first payment). On Nov 8th you decide to cancel your subscription. Your delivery will be active until Dec 17th and any Delivery Session up until then will be fulfilled by us.

After we set up your profile on our website, we start directing customer traffic your way. You choose the price at which you want to sell your product.
