Our Bloating Blend is brewed with ginger, a traditional ingredient used for centuries to relieve upset stomachs. We've combined the traditional potency of ginger, with the live cultures in kombucha, to create a blend that helps relieve bloat naturally.
Researchers have found that 1.2 g of ginger accelerated gastric emptying and increased gastric contractions compared with placebo.
A larger randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involving 126 people with functional dyspepsia found that a combination of ginger and artichoke extracts improved several digestive symptoms, including bloating, nausea, fullness and abdominal pain.
We use ginger to create a naturally refreshing blend aimed at supporting comfortable digestion and reducing the feeling of digestive heaviness. It is one of our oldest blends that has been refined through user feedback over the years.
